4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a cancellation request.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Use of the Website
