Even though you should treat the space like your own, there are few rules to maintain the etiquette of the place.
Interior, Music & Discretion
Treat the space like yours and keep things clean and safe in the cottage. Any damage to the property will incur fines. We have to take these measures to ensure that the quality of the space we are offering remains the same in the coming years.
To maintain the peace and quiet of the area, we request you kindly not to play loud music after 10:30 PM.
We as owners reserve complete rights over the property and our discretion will be final.
Food & Drinks
We offer a buffet breakfast with a host of dishes including local cuisine. Lunch and Dinner are A la Carte and we accept Pre-orders only.
Outside food is not allowed but outside drinks are allowed. We DO NOT ALLOW FOOD INSIDE THE ROOM, we have a common dining area for the guests to enjoy their meals.
We offer homemade wines which are very special in Coorg on a Pre-order basis. The guests will be notified about the same during the time of booking.
Refund Policy
During the time of booking, we require an advance payment for the reservation to be confirmed. The advance payment is non-refundable as the dates are blocked for the guests which in turn incurs losses for us.
